“Building a city” is one of the maxims of Aedas Homes. This has been confirmed in its new housing development in Denia: Nerva. The promoter will integrate and protect in this residential project the historical heritage buildings of the Islamic wall of Las Atarazanas from the 12th century and the La Senia de Oliver buildinga Victorian-style building that will be rehabilitated to house the community endowments.

The historical constructions mentioned will form part of a housing development that will host a total of 195 properties. In its first phase it will include 68 homes, to which another 127 units will be added in a second phase. These are homes with a minimum area of ​​90 square meters with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, which also have a terrace, garage and storage room. Aedas Homes already has the building license for Nerva and expects to start construction imminently, so the delivery of the houses is estimated for the beginning of 2024.

The houses, characterized by their spacious rooms and their large terraces, “respond to high qualities with underfloor heating, air conditioning ducts, motorized blinds, kitchen furniture with customization options and high-end appliances,” specifies Molla. The manager points out that Nerva “has been conceived as a Project premium of second residence and mixed with prices from 266,000 eurosfundamentally for an international and national demand from the interior and, to a lesser extent, for local clients”.

As for the common areas, the development will offer swimming pool, swimming lane, social room, outdoor jacuzzi, urbanization with pedestrian paths and areas with pergolas, playground for children, gardens and equipped gym, among others. All this near the sea and with views of the Montgó massif, whose altitude is 753 meters.

Fourth promotion in Denia

Nerva marks the arrival of the fourth promotion of Aedas Homes in Denia. This happens Royal Navy, which is confirmed by three promotions: Royal Navy I, Royal Navy II and Royal Navy III. In this project, the first two have already been delivered and sold in their entirety. In total, the developer has sold more than 300 homes in the municipality of Marina Alta, including more than 100 in Marina Real III, which will be delivered shortly.
