Rosario, Sinaloa.- This Monday the contest to find the typical dish that distinguishes the municipality of Rosario, Sinaloa. Tomorrow the winner will be announced.
There were eight participants who impressed the judges with their presentation, adding flavor, originality and passion.
Mayor Claudia Valdez thanked the participants, as this will be another trigger for tourism. Also highlighted was thesupport of Governor Rubén Rocha Moyawho was represented by Rosario Torres Noriega, Secretary of State Tourism.
Each competitor gave a explanation of the preparation of your dish, recipe and namethe tasting was carried out highlighting one or more required base ingredients, such as mango, chorizo, shrimp and fish.
The general director of Promotur-Sinaloa, José Alfonso Reséndiz Memije, the director of Tourism of Rosario, Mario Rodríguez Tirado and aldermen, were also present.
