Sinaloa.- The community of Mazatlán, through the Directorate of Public Relations, spent 226 thousand 309 pesos with 47 cents on the furniture rental in June. This could be verified in the transparency portal.
In the minutes of session 189 of the Acquisitions, Leasing and Services Committee, it was possible to see that the meeting of the aforementioned committee was held on June 2. The request for Public Relations, in charge of Jazmín Miñón Félix, for the rental of diverse furniture that is used for City Hall events was reflected on the agenda.
. In the description, from June 1 to 6, 2,882 chairs were used in the Valles del Ejido, Genaro Estrada and Francisco I. Madero neighborhoods. 800 chairs were also taken to the Sports Center, from June 3 to 4; 400 on June 11, 600 on June 18 and 25; plus 45 tents in the month, 228 planks, two deluxe tent packs, four tent booster kits and two tent liners. In all this material, 75 thousand 436 pesos and 49 cents were spent.
In section B, another description was broken down: at an event held by the Harbor Master on June 17, four tents and 50 brown garden chairs were rented. For the opening event of the remodeling of the Olivera tent, on June 16, a coffee bar, 15 ghost chairs, 120 white Tiffany chairs plus a white cushion, two planks, two white backstages and 150 cube glasses were rented.
For the flag of works on Emilio Barragán Avenue, Public Relations rented a complete 12 x 18 meter tent. In that acquisition, 75 thousand 436 pesos and 49 cents were spent.
In the minutes of session 195, only from June 26 to July 1, 75 thousand 436 pesos and 49 cents were spent, the same amount of the previous rentals of chairs, tents and planks.
An award was detected directly in favor of Francisco Arturo Moreno for an amount of 132 thousand pesos.
