Residents of Saint John Paul II Catholic Center today attended the funeral services of a 74-year-old man who died on Saturday because the ambulance that was going to assist him arrived 10 minutes late, due to a fence near the National Assembly of Deputies that keeps the National Police for the safety of the Members.
The ceremony was held right next to the fence that prevented the passage of paramedics.
