Former world champion Jezreel ‘El Invisible’ Corrales leads the Panamanians who are in the rankings of the World Boxing Association (WBA), whose ranking was revealed yesterday.

‘El Invisible’ Corrales is the world ranked No. 2 lightweight, where the super champion is the American Devin Haney, while the regular champion is Gervonta Davis.

The Panamanian boxer has an agreed commitment for September 4 against the undefeated American José Valenzuela.

The fight will take place at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California, United States.

Another eight Panamanians are classified in the WBA.

Carlos Ortega is No. 12 in the minimum weight; Luis ‘El Nica’ Concepción is No. 9 at 112 pounds; Ronal Batista and Felix Montenegro are No. 7 and No. 11 respectively at 115 pounds; Rafael Pedroza is No. 8 in super bantamweight; Anselmo Moreno is No. 4 at featherweight; Jaime Arboleda and Ricardo ‘El Ciencian’ Núñez are No. 13 and No. 14 respectively at 130 pounds.
