The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation has expanded the list of individuals – “foreign agents”.
The list includes politicians Ilya Yashin and Maxim Katz, TV presenter Tatyana Lazareva, blogger Veronika Belotserkovskaya, and activist Ruslan Shaveddinov.
The register of individuals – “foreign agents” was created in April. Since then, more than a dozen people have been brought there.
In addition to the register of individuals who are “foreign agents”, the Ministry of Justice maintains three more lists of “foreign agents”: the media (not only companies, but also ordinary people can get there), non-profit organizations and unregistered associations without forming a legal entity.
