Your Holiday in Majorca could get pretty hot – so hot that even experts are now warning! It has been unbearably warm on the island for a few days, as the “Mallorca Zeitung” reports. On the night of July 1st it was 25 degrees in Palma.

And even in the middle of the island it wasn’t much better with temperatures of up to 24 degrees. On Friday (July 1st) the temperatures had cooled down a bit again – but from next week it will be really thick again!

According to “wetter.de” it will be blazing hot again on Mallorca from Monday. Temperatures of up to 38 degrees are predicted for the beginning of the week. Only on Wednesday does it “cool” down a bit – but at least the thermometer is still at 33 degrees.

Vacation on Mallorca: heat warning on the party island

According to the German Weather Service, heat warnings are issued if a strong heat load is to be expected for at least two days in a row and sufficient cooling at night in living areas is no longer guaranteed.

There are two warning levels: A warning of severe thermal stress is issued when the perceived temperature is around 32 degrees in the early afternoon.
