Former Zenit player Maxim Demenko spoke about the future prospects of the former blue-white-blue striker Artem Dzyuba.
Earlier, information appeared in the media that two clubs of the Turkish championship, namely Fenerbahce and Galatasaray, were interested in signing the 33-year-old footballer.
– If Artyom fails in Europe, he will probably end up in Sochi. Not every club will pull the financial component of Dzyuba’s contract. And Rotenberg can do such a thing,” Demenko quotes “Sport Weekend”.
Recall that Dziuba left Zenit at the end of the 2021/22 season as a free agent. He has been playing for Petersburgers since 2015. In total for the blue-white-blue striker played 249 matches, scored 108 goals and gave 70 assists. Together with the team, the football player became a four-time champion of Russia.
