Cristina Pardo has revealed her indignation like few times before in ‘Better late’. The presenter was unable to remain silent after the broadcast of a video about the last encounter experienced in the Madrid Assembly between Eduardo Rubiño (Más Madrid) and Alicia Rubio (Vox), taking a step forward to condemn and brand as denigrating the words of the deputy of the party led by Santiago Abascal.

During one of his speeches in the plenary session, Rubio did not hesitate to throw some unexpected advice at Rubio: “Take care, take care during all the Pride parties”, he recommended. The young man responded forcefully, assuring him that the only thing he was looking for was to stigmatize with his words in clear reference to sexual health, telling her that the one she had to watch out for was people like her.

After the broadcast of the video, the presenter’s face was a poem. Completely indignant, she went off script to make her position very clear: “I don’t know if this lady was referring to monkeypox or what she was referring to, but I find it in bad taste, a lack of common sense…“. Pardo could not finish the sentence, being interrupted by Inaki Lopezwho also condemned his attitude: “From a rancid, from an old…”.

The journalist Loreto Ochando, collaborator of the magazine, was even tougher if possible: “Sorry, this lady is a moron, like that, with all the letters. What she has just done is … “. She also could not finish her criticism, since Cristina took the floor again, very angry: “Stigmatize, denigrate”, she added, thus concluding the sentence of her companion .

She took the floor again to make it clear that she agreed with the communicator in these adjectives: “Exactly, these and all the names you want to put. Sorry, but no. Rubiño has answered perfectly, that you have to take care of people like her. That lady is crazy who was stuck in the stigmas of HIV in the 80s“.

Finally, it was Iñaki who finished off the condemnation of this controversial intervention, underlining the feelings of the entire program team when listening to Alicia Rubio: “Someone who is in the Assembly is assumed to have a much higher level than a comment of these characteristics”.
