The Queen Elizabeth II reappeared again in public this Tuesday, June 21, in an official act at Windsor Castle. The Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welbyoffered the 96-year-old monarch a Canterbury cross as a thank you for 70 years of service to the Church of England.
