Culiacán, Sinaloa.- After the plenary of the State Congress elected Sergio Arteaga Ramírez with 38 votes as head of the Internal control organ (ICO) of the Superior State Audit (ASE), the president of the Board of Directors, Gene René Bojórquez Ruiz, sworn in the new public servant who will serve for four years.

Arteaga Ramírez was elected through vote by ballot of deputies and deputies from a list of three presented, through an opinion, by the Commission of Inspection.

The proposed shortlist was made up of the following candidates: Víctor Alfonso Calderón Derat, who received two votes; Saúl Pérez Meza, did not obtain a vote and Sergio Arteaga Ramírez, reached 38 votes.

The president of the Board of Directors, deputy Gene René Bojórquez Ruiz, reported that for having obtained more than two thirds of the votes of deputies present at the Session, he is the holder of the ASE Internal Control Body citizen Sergio Arteaga Ramírez.

It instructed that the corresponding agreement be issued and communicated to the Executive of the state, to the Superior Audit Office of the State, as well as to the interested party for the conducive legal effects.
