Frankfurt – Tuesday, June 21, 2022, 9:13 p.m

Eintracht Frankfurt is continuing to plan the squad for the coming season even after Mario Götze (More >>>) was signed.

As “Sky” reports, Lucas Alario is about to switch to the Europa League winner. The Hessians are therefore already in agreement with the player. There should now also be clarity between Frankfurt and Leverkusen.

Eintracht pays the fixed transfer fee of 6.5 million euros – but only if certain performance-related parameters are met. In addition, the “Adler” only have to transfer part of the amount to Leverkusen.

The medical check could already take place on Wednesday. In Frankfurt, a contract until 2025 should wait for the 29-year-old Argentinian.

Alario joined Leverkusen from River Plate in 2017 for €24m. He scored 58 goals in 164 games for the “Werkself”.

Durm before moving to the 2nd Bundesliga

There is still a lot to do on the departure side at Eintracht Frankfurt. For example, world champion Erik Durm is said to be about to switch to the 2nd Bundesliga for 1. FC Kaiserslautern.

According to “Sky” information, the 30-year-old full-back has already canceled his contract with Hessen and is expected to sign in Kaiserslautern shortly.
