Accusation against Siches
The bench of deputies of the Republican Party filed the constitutional accusation against Minister Siches on June 15.
The libel comprises 159 pages, divided into seven chapters. There are three causes: seriously compromising the honor of the nation, seriously compromising the security of the nation, and leaving the Constitution and the laws unexecuted.
Let us remember that the Republican Party announced on May 17 the presentation of the constitutional accusation, although at that time its legal advisers were still preparing the libel document, according to the deputy Luis Sanchez (Republican) at a press point.
The head of the Interior described as “absolutely unfounded” the constitutional accusation against her.
“From our perspective, this is an absolutely unfounded accusation, but it can also be turned into a great opportunity to show what we have been working on,” Siches said on June 16.
