They are: Recife, Olinda, Jaboatão dos Guararapes, São José da Coroa Grande, Moreno, Nazaré da Mata, Macaparana, Cabo de Santo Agostinho and São Vicente Ferrer. This Sunday morning, at a press conference at the Recife Air Base, the Minister of Regional Development, Daniel Ferreira, said that the federal government will recognize the emergency situation to release emergency resources, which may still occur this Sunday, 29, in extra edition of Official Diary of the Union (DOU). On Twitter, the president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) stated that he will go to Recife this Monday, 30th, to “find out the tragedy”. A delegation from the federal government, made up of ministers Daniel Ferreira (Regional Development), Carlos Brito (Tourism), Marcelo Queiroga (Health) and Ronaldo Bento (Citizenship), flew over the state this Sunday.
