The Russian military stopped the riot in the colony in Kherson, the activist claims Kirill Stremousovwhom the Russian media calls “deputy head of the military-civilian administration” of the Kherson region of Ukraine.
Stremousov said that the entire penitentiary system of the region is under the control of the Ukrainian authorities. According to him, employees of the Security Service of Ukraine allegedly staged a provocation in the colony in Kherson and released the prisoners from the cells. “But the situation was localized with the help of the military.
