According to the magistrate’s decision, Marcovecchio and Ferreyra were summoned on June 28 at 10:00 and 11:30, respectively, while Ferreyra and Pomargo were summoned two days later at the same times. Finally, the lawyer Morla must appear before Judge Zucconi on Tuesday, July 5 at 10.

The case began in March last year, when Dalma and Gianinna filed a criminal complaint against lawyer Morla for the crime of fraud due to fraudulent administration, accusing him of appropriating his father’s brand based on “betrayal, disloyalty, infidelity and abuse of power.”.

The daughters of the soccer star assured that the trademarks “were the exclusive property and ownership” of his father and “therefore, of his legitimate heirsand that after Morla’s management they disappeared or vanished from his heritage.

“It is very likely that Morla, if he deigns to account for these facts, will use documents fraudulently obtained from our father”, assured Dalma and Gianinna, or abusing “some temporary disability that would have prevented him from understanding the meaning or meaning of what made him sign”.
