Altach coach Magnin upset about the Bundesliga

Altach – Thursday, May 12, 2022, 3:39 p.m

Whether Altach on Saturday (5 p.m. in the LIVE Ticker) in the penultimate game of the Bundesliga qualifying group where Admira can rely on Felix Strauss is still in the stars.

The bottom side have appealed the 21-year-old centre-back’s ban but have yet to receive a response.

“If I say what I think about it, I’ll be banned for two years,” said a disgruntled Altach coach Ludovic Magnin at a press conference on Thursday.

Waiting for feedback, Monschein ready

They submitted the “documentation” on Monday and have been on the phone for days, but have not received any feedback so far.

“I have to get on the plane tomorrow and so far I have no information on whether Strauss will be acquitted or not,” Magnin said.

The defender had seen the yellow-red card on April 26th at 0:4 in Hartberg and was then banned for an additional match in addition to the automatic import ban because of “unsportsmanlike behavior towards a game official”.

There was good news from Christoph Monschein. The striker, who was injured last, was absent from team training until Wednesday, “but can play on Saturday,” as Magnin explained.
