In Tomsk, the driver of a foreign car Subaru knocked down a stroller with a seven-month-old girl at a pedestrian crossing on Bolshaya Podgornaya Street, the baby was taken to the hospital with various injuries. This was told to TASS on Thursday, May 12, by an employee of the press service of the regional health department.

The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Tomsk region explained that the accident occurred on May 11. A Russian woman with a stroller was crossing the road at an unregulated pedestrian crossing when a motorist flew into them.

According to the representative of the Department of Health, the condition of the injured girl is currently assessed as moderate. An investigation was carried out into the accident. The police began to look for eyewitnesses of the incident.

Earlier in the Nizhny Novgorod region, a driver knocked down four children at a pedestrian crossing.

It all happened at the intersection of Krasnye Zor and Ostrovsky streets. According to preliminary data, the car ran into minors, as it was moving at a prohibiting traffic light.
