The Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) obtained a conviction against three people, for the crimes of illegal deprivation of liberty in the form of aggravated kidnapping to the detriment of 12 victims, against health, carrying firearms and possession of cartridges for firearms, both for the exclusive use of the Army, Navy and Air Force.

Ramiro “C”, Fermin “M” and Victor “V”, were arrested in 2013 in ApatzinGan, Michoacanby elements of the Secretariat of National Defense (Sedena), and placed at the disposal of the Judge of the case.
The three arrested they were inmates at the Federal Center for Social Readaptation number 3, based in Matamoros, Tamaulipas
Derived from the evidence obtained from the proceedings carried out by the Public Ministry of the Federation (MPF), and after various judicial procedures, on April 11, 2022, a Unitary Court modified the resolution of September 2021, issuing the following penalties:
A Fermin “M” from 307 years eight months in prison for the crimes of illegal deprivation of liberty in the form of aggravated kidnapping and carrying firearms and possession of cartridges, both for the exclusive use of the Army, Navy and Air Force.
For Victor “V” of 309 years 10 months in prison for the same crimes, plus the one against health.
A Ramiro “C” was sentenced to 300 years in prisonsolely for the crime of illegal deprivation of liberty in the form of aggravated kidnapping.
