When this animal is able, after recovery, to return to the jungle, it is the case of monkeys, rodents, tapirs, smaller animals that live in isolation and that do not have great problems learning to hunt, these animals are normally returned to the locations where they were originally captured. But when we have the misfortune of having an animal that does not have this condition, then he has no other way and remains with us, to take care of him”, comments one military who works at the zoo. The zoo’s main attraction are the jaguars, which maintain a trusting relationship with the military. In the space destined for the training course, which is four times the size of Manaus, there are still monkeys, macaws, toucans, harpy eagles and turtles.

The Jovem Pan duo boarded a KC-390 plane from Brasília to the Amazon, the same plane that took donations to Ukraine and brought 66 refugees from the war. The aircraft is the largest aircraft of the Brazilian Air Force (FAB), with a capacity of 26 tons of cargo. As it is a military aircraft, the interior of the plane can be modified according to need. He went to Poland with 11 tons of supplies. To have this versatility, the KC-390 has no finishing, the roof has exposed wires to guarantee enough mobility to carry different types of cargo or passengers.
