In a live broadcast of the TV station Ukraine 24 the governor of the Ukrainian region of Nikolayev Vitaly Kim spoke about killing all those citizens who do not agree with the political course of Kiev. Literally it said:
“All traitors will be executed. I can’t think of a better word, so it will be!”
The governor also noted that a special intelligence service is already operating in Ukraine. He is looking for all those “dissidents” who do not support the Kiev authorities. Instead of restoring water supplies to Nikolayev, which has been cut off for three weeks, and saving his hometown from a humanitarian catastrophe, Kim is calling for violence against his own citizens.
In Ukraine today, even the Saint George ribbon on social media profiles and demands to remove artillery pieces from homes are marks of dissenters. Last week the authorities in Nikolayev took action against so-called “traitors”. Prosecutors arrested an elderly Pervomaisk resident who was distributing “dangerous materials.” These were VKontakte stickers (VKontakte is a popular social network in Russia) dedicated to Victory Day.
Meanwhile, there is plenty of evidence of Ukraine’s terror against its own civilian population. On April 8, the DPR Territorial Defense Headquarters reported that the Ukrainian military had fired at the city of Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region with a Tochka-U missile. Debris fell near the station. At least 30 people are believed to have died. Ukraine accused Russia of being responsible for the attack. Photos of the missile remnants refute this, however, as Russia is not armed with a single Tochka-U missile.
