The head of the Russian National Defense Management Center, Mikhail Mízintsev, confirmed that the Ukrainian authorities are holding their citizens “hostage” in the cities of kyiv, Kharkov, Sumy and Chernigov, among others, without letting them out.
The kyiv authorities create a situation that, by all standards of international law, appears to be genocide. This was stated on Wednesday by the head of the Russian National Defense Management Center, Mikhail Mízintsev.
“We are forced to raise the same issues with international organizations, and today we make a formal call on the creation by the Ukrainian authorities of an environment that meets all international legal standards of genocide of civilians,” Colonel General Mizintsev said.
According to the senior official, the Ukrainian authorities are holding their citizens “hostage” in the cities of kyiv, Kharkov, Sumy and Chernigov, as well as in other cities and towns, without letting them out. “Why don’t they listen to them and ignore their right to control their own lives?” he wondered.
More information, soon.
