Oliver Stone’s former ranch for sale in Colorado
A ranch formerly owned by American film director Oliver Stone is for sale in the US. In 2017, he released an interview he took with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The appearance of the object on the market is reported by Mansion Global.
The spacious house and lot are currently owned by entrepreneur and professional poker player Lyle Berman. The property in Placerville, Colorado is valued at $24.5 million. According to Architectural Digest, a new rancher was sought as early as October 2020.
The director purchased a 3,500-hectare ranch in an uncultivated form, in 1992 he completed the construction of the main house. Berman has owned the property for about 20 years. Having bought it, he built an indoor riding arena. The main house has eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a dining room, a spa area with a bathhouse and a sauna. The house also has a terrace overlooking nature.
