The Kings Guilherme and maximum from Holland dropped protocol and became farmers for a day. The couple did not want to stop contributing to NLdoet, the National Volunteering Day, which was once again supported by Orange Fundthe foundation presided over by the King and Queen.
With the property Op Aarde, in the town of Brielle, as a backdrop, the monarchs joined other volunteers and farm workers, alongside whom they took part in some fun photographs, working in the field and with the animals.
For the occasion, in which she spent most of her time helping to restore a garden bench, Máxima opted for a comfortable look, consisting of a white coat with the foundation’s name, sneakers in the same color and pants and denim, then wearing some wellies to help with the stables.
The king, on the other hand, spent most of his time pruning the trees, together with other volunteers. Like the queen, Guilherme also opted for a look appropriate to the occasion, consisting of a white coat just like Máxima’s, jeans and sneakers.
