After the votes in the Plenary of the Constitutional Convention (CC) of the first reports of the Commission of State Form, Justice System and System of Knowledge, up to now 41 articles have been approved in general and in particular, for which constitute the first norms of the draft of the new Constitution.
Once all the articles have been submitted to the scrutiny of the plenary session of the Convention, these norms will be reviewed and possibly modified in the form by the Harmonization Commission, which will have the mission of compiling all the articles and resolving any eventual duplications of the same. .
Although the respective commissions send the official letter with the approved regulations to the Board of Directors, which in turn are uploaded to the CC website, in sections by commission, there is no direct link to these regulations, which are already part of the draft. which goes against the transparency and accessibility that this process should have.
When the press area of the Convention was consulted about the absence of a compilation that is easily accessible to the public, they replied that “a single document will not be produced because that is the power and work of the future Harmonization Commission.”
To make up for that deficiency, The counter enabled the following link, where you can see updated all the rules that have been approved in general and in particular by the Constitutional Convention and that are already part of the draft of the new Constitution.
