Earlier, the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, Tatyana Moskalkova, announced incidents of students from Russia being expelled from European universities in connection with the situation in Ukraine.
“All Russian citizens studying at foreign universities and facing infringement of their rights can come to Russia and continue their education at the leading universities of the Russian Federation for free,” the press service said.
We are talking about universities: Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov, St. Petersburg State University, Higher School of Economics, Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
