TBILISI, Feb 28 – Sputnik. Students expelled from foreign higher educational institutions and those who have problems with infringement of their rights will be able to continue their studies at leading Russian universities for free, the press service of the Ministry of Education and Science of RIA Novosti reported.

Earlier, the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, Tatyana Moskalkova, announced incidents of students from Russia being expelled from European universities in connection with the situation in Ukraine.

“All Russian citizens studying at foreign universities and facing infringement of their rights can come to Russia and continue their education at the leading universities of the Russian Federation for free,” the press service said.
