According to the data for the last 24 hours, out of 6,236 new cases of coronavirus in the country, the largest number of infected people was detected in Tbilisi – 2,619, according to the government website Stopcov.ge. The situation by region is as follows: 33,926 tests for coronavirus: 220,408 for antigen and 13,518 for PCR tests. The positive rate as of February 25 is 18.38%, for two weeks – 27.63%, for seven days – 23.93%. TBILISI, Feb 26 – Sputnik. According to data over the past day, out of 6,236 new cases of coronavirus in the country, the largest number of infected people was detected in Tbilisi – 2,619, according to the government website Stopcov.ge.

The situation by region is as follows:

Samegrelo – Zemo Svaneti – 468
Shida Kartli – 427
Kvemo Kartli – 309
Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 137
Samtskhe-Javakheti – 124
Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – 67.

Over the past day, 33,926 coronavirus tests have been done in the country: 220,408 for antigen and 13,518 for PCR tests.
