The minimum wage in the countries of the European Union varies from 332 euros to 2257 euros, according to the statistics agency of the European Union Eurostat.
As of January 1, 2022, the highest minimum wages are in Luxembourg, Ireland and the Netherlands. The smallest – in Romania, Latvia and Bulgaria. Meanwhile, out of 27 states, 21 are on the list, since only these countries have a national minimum wage. The list does not include Denmark, Italy, Cyprus, Austria, Finland and Sweden.
