The Ministry of Public Health reported that there are 5,926 new cases of COVID-19 in Tucumán, totaling 284,274. Of which 481 PCR were processed by the Public Health Laboratory and 317 by the private one. While 4,735 were antigen tests processed by the public sector and 393 by the private sector.

The cases correspond to the following departments: Capital (2,903); High Cross (763); Old Tafi (636); Yerba Buena (350); Chicligasta (255); Lules (178); Locks (176); Hunters (142); loyal (109); Rio Chico (102); Alberdi (94); Burruyacu (75); The Lake (46); Famailla (44); Simoka (24); Barns (20); Tafi del Valle (9).

The total number of patients discharged to date is 220,649.

Likewise, the death of seven patients is reported, of which three were being assisted in the public sector and 4 in the private:

A 64-year-old man with comorbidities, admitted to intensive care in the public sector, with mechanical ventilation, with COVID-19 pneumonia.

A 75-year-old woman with comorbidities, admitted to intensive care in the private sector, with mechanical ventilation, with COVID-19 pneumonia.

A 50-year-old woman with comorbidities, admitted to intensive care in the private sector, with mechanical ventilation, with COVID-19 pneumonia.

A 51-year-old man with comorbidities, admitted to intensive care in the public sector, with mechanical ventilation, with COVID-19 pneumonia.

A 67-year-old man with comorbidities, admitted to intensive care in the private sector, with mechanical ventilation, with COVID-19 pneumonia.

An 82-year-old woman with comorbidities, admitted to intensive care in the public sector, with COVID-19 pneumonia.

A 71-year-old woman with comorbidities, admitted to intensive care in the private sector, with mechanical ventilation, with COVID-19 pneumonia.
