Vaccination pass: "A law that deserves the trash and oblivion", according to Alexis Poulin

The bill transforming in particular the health pass into a vaccination pass was adopted at second reading by the National Assembly by 185 votes for, 69 against and 8 abstentions. The Senate will now consider the text again.

RT France columnist Alexis Poulin returns to this vote. He regrets the government’s desire “to force through” and considers this measure to be “anachronistic” in the face of the Omicron variant. “All coercive measures limiting freedoms” are falling in Europe, according to him, when “France is swimming against the tide”. It is “a measure that is useless”, he also says, adding that it is “a law that deserves the trash and oblivion” and that it is “useless and dangerous”.
