The Mexican defender of the UNAM Cougars, Alan Mozo, was expelled on the day this Friday in the match against Gallos Blancos de Querétaro in the Clausura 2022 tournament, but the leaders of the university students will seek to settle the referee’s decision.
It was at minute 64 when in a clearly football play with Jorge ‘Burrito’ Hernández, Alan Mozo went for the ball and both players had a clash that was the reason for the referee to show the red card to the university player.
The center-back was notified by the VAR to go and review the play. After checking the Video Asistente Referee, Yair Miranda decided to expel Alan Mozo.
