Jean-Jacques Bourdin accused of attempted sexual assault: who is the alleged victim?

Presumed victim of a sexual assault, it is in the columns of the Parisian the 33-year-old said: “I’m no longer a young journalist afraid of losing my job and I know I didn’t have to go through what I went through”, before adding: “Today, I am tidy, peaceful. But for years, I went to work with fear in my stomach, completely stressed. I am filing a complaint with the conviction that other women are concerned and that this will perhaps allow other women to speak out.”

While working at BFMTV, the young journalist had 25 years when the chain’s boss, Alain Weill, invited her to the Calvi Open pétanque competition, which was held on October 4, 2013 in Haute-Corse. Despite her extremely tense relationship with the famous host, she would however have agreed to go there. On the spot, Jean-Jacques Bourdin was surrounded by many of his collaborators, including the former weather presenter Fanny Agostini. Faced with investigators, the alleged victim of Jean-Jacques Bourdin said he swam in the hotel pool around six in the morning before the star joined her and paid her compliments. While he would have seized the young journalist by the neck in an attempt to kiss her, it was then that she would have managed to get out of the swimming pool and that Jean-Jacques Bourdin would have launched:I get. Jean-Jacques Bourdin denies the charges against him

While the famous host allegedly sent insistent emails and text messages to the young woman over the following months, the plaintiff’s lawyer said: “Men of power must ask themselves the question of the authority they exercise over women when they try to obtain sexual favors, since of course this history of authority reduces women to silence. It is why it took her several years to file a complaint.” For his part, Jean-Jacques Bourdin firmly denies the facts of which he is accused. “I know this person, and I worked with her. I admit having bathed with her in the swimming pool of this hotel. But I never tried to force-kiss her, or her, or anyone else“, did he declare.
