“Never felt so uncomfortable” – breakdown on “breakfast television”: Daniel Boschmann causes laughter with a fall

With this fall, the “SAT.1 breakfast television” presenter Daniel Boschmann amused the whole of Germany. When he wanted to be in front of the camera, he fell headlong at Annika Lau’s feet. She could hardly stop laughing.

You just have to laugh when you see these pictures. Presenter Annika Lau started to present on Friday morning on SAT.1’s “Frühstücksfernsehen” when suddenly colleague Daniel Boschmann flew into the studio behind her. He landed on his knees and immediately burst out laughing – as did the colleagues in front of and behind the camera.

Annika Lau, whose upcoming move to RTL has just been confirmed, clapped her hands in front of her head and said: “That’s how it is when you work with Mr. Boschmann! He was back there with Lukas a second ago and wanted to prepare something …” Colleague Lukas Launerland then took the liberty of re-enacting the exact fall in slow motion. Boschmann got stuck on a small step, he explained.

And unlucky Boschmann himself just laughed tears. “I’ve never fallen so awkwardly!” and: “How can you stumble like that?” he marveled, apologizing for his funny faux pas and joking: “I wanted to get on TV quickly.”

The glitch also put the spectators in a good mood. “Wonderful, I burst into tears… perfect landing,” wrote one Instagram user. “Just super likeable. Even if he – umm… – falls elegantly into the studio” or: “Best morning this week, thank you, thank you, thank you”, were other comments on the net.

The jungle camp is one of the annual highlights of the RTL program. In 2022 the show will not be broadcast from Australia due to Corona. Instead, the B and C celebrities are shipped to South Africa.
