Heartbreak of starling birds – poetry of Nam Giao/AZ

Nam Giao/AZ

Pain starling heart

And since then / I love you – I know how to write poetry. (Painting: Dinh Truong Chinh)

The first day – knowing I love you
I send the poem – short box
The poem has rain – there is sunshine
Poems with butterflies – flowers

The poem also has lyrics
As smooth as every melody
And since then
I love you – I know how to write poetry

Days and months are not like a dream
I love you – love has to leave
Boy’s life – the battle goes on forever
Never been allowed to visit each other

Miss each other – don’t know how?
Send love to the clouds – to the wind
Who knows – you’re there?
Still having the same opinion as me?

Now – the dream boat drifts away
How long river – wide sea?
Say what – love words on the air?
It doesn’t make any sense anymore

We alone – worry all night
Myself – I’ve run out of bitter wine
Poem of spicy ginger – salty salt
Heartbroken starling to the river?
