The secrets of good sleep used by the British queen revealed

Experts from the company Eachnight.com have revealed the secrets of good sleep used by British Queen Elizabeth II. This is reported by The Sun.

To get a good night’s sleep, Elizabeth II tries to go to bed at the same time. As a rule, before going to bed, she drinks a glass of champagne, then reads a little in bed and falls asleep at 11 pm. The queen sleeps eight and a half hours and gets up in the morning at 7:30.

When Elizabeth II’s husband, Prince Philip, was alive, he and the queen slept in separate bedrooms. According to experts, this helped them get enough sleep, since snoring and other person’s movements prevent them from falling asleep truly deep.

Earlier it was reported that a New Zealand sleep expert provided tips to help you get better sleep. According to the expert, before going to bed, it is best to avoid food and drink drinks that contain alcohol or caffeine.
