American justice has ruled! Indeed, this one has refused Prince Andrew’s appeal and accepted the complaint by Virginia Giuffre. Prince Andrew can no longer hide

Last Wednesday, Judge Lewis Kaplan accepted the complaint of a young American woman who accuses Prince Andrew of sexual assault. The facts happened in 2001 when she was 17 years old. The second son of Queen Elizabeth II still tried to request a dismissal of this complaint. The New York judge ruled that Prince Andrew’s attempt to dismiss Prince Andrew must be “refused in all respects”.

Obviously, this rejection did not please the defense of Prince Andrew. Her lawyers wanted to dismiss Virginia Giuffre’s complaint.
