It exempts from this modality of remote work the dependent personnel of the Revenue Agency of the Province of Buenos Aires; the Provincial Organism for Children and Adolescents; of the Provincial Directorate of the Property Registry of the Ministry of Finance and Finance; the police of the province of Buenos Aires and the Emergency Telephone Attention System of the Ministry of Security; the Buenos Aires Penitentiary Service; who works on Line 144 and in the Integral Protection Homes under the Ministry of Women, Gender Policies and Sexual Diversity.

Hospital personnel of the Ministry of Health that are necessary for the coverage of essential services, guard and emergency and any other provision that cannot be interrupted are also excepted; commissioner within the framework of “Operative Sol 2022” and the Provincial Directorate of Road Policy and Safety that is available for this purpose and that which performs Road Inspection tasks.

Article 4 of the decree specifies that “this measure does not reach Banking Institutions and Financial Entities”, while Article 5 invites the municipalities to adhere to this measure.

THE GOVERNOR OF THE PROVINCE OF BUENOS AIRES DECREES

ARTICLE 1. Establish, in order to reduce electricity consumption, on January 13 and 14, 2022, starting at TWELVE (12) hours, that the agents of all jurisdictions, agencies and entities of the provincial Public Sector Those referred to in article 8 of Law No. 13,767 must perform the provision of services through the modality of provision of remote work, if this is possible, and will refrain from staying or attending their usual places of work.

ARTICLE 2. Instruct the different agencies to implement the pertinent measures in order to maintain the necessary guards to preserve the continuity of essential services. To this end, the head of each jurisdiction, body or entity included in article 8 of Law No. 13,767 will determine the teams of essential workers, whatever the statutory regime, which must perform functions in person, as long as they are critical areas for the provision of essential services for proper management.

ARTICLE 3. ARTICLE 6. This decree will be countersigned by the Minister Secretary in the Department of Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers.
