Krasnodar – Thursday, January 13th, 2022, 11:41 am

Salzburg’s ex-master trainer Jesse Marsch will not be hiring in Russia for the time being.

Just a few days ago, Russian media brought the 48-year-old American in connection with FK Krasnodar. As the first division team confirmed on Thursday, Daniel Farke will take over the helm at fifth in the table.

Farke, who previously looked after Borussia Dortmund’s second team and English first division club Norwich City from July 2017 to November 2021, signed a contract in Krasnodar until summer 2024.

“I would like to thank President Sergei Galizki for giving me and my team the confidence to lead this modern and exciting club into a new, sporting future,” said Farke.
