Logitech has presented a new product with which it intends to expand its offering dedicated to streaming and content creation, with a specialized light for it.
No matter how good your camera is, without light it is useless. It’s a very common mistake among first-time streamers, and one that a lot of people have discovered during the last two years of video calling.
The Logitech solution is more complex than a simple lamp, with the goal of always providing adequate lighting; is named Litra Glow, and is designed to be attached to any monitor or laptop to instantly improve the image we are broadcasting. It includes its own support, and a USB cable to connect it to the computer and obtain the necessary power; the bracket is also capable of 360 degree rotation to obtain the proper angle.
The lamp itself is more advanced than usual, with a borderless diffuser and TrueSoft technology that diffuses light for a more flattering image. In a demonstration that theEconomista.es was able to attend, Logitech showed how this light does not highlight the features or imperfections of our face, obtaining a more pleasant and typical image of a study, but without the costs or associated hassles. Skin tones are more natural thanks to full spectrum LED lighting.
Logitech directs this product to two types of people. On the one hand, content creators will be the most favored, especially since the Litra Glow has been tested to last all day with no effects on our health; The tests show that it does not pose a photobiological risk after 12 hours of exposure. But in addition, Logitech believes that it can also be very useful for those of us who are video calling throughout the day for work reasons, for example; the fact that we can put it on any monitor is a plus.
The Logitech Liter Glow is available from today, with a price of 69 euros.
