Dubious traffic tickets complicate drivers

Mr. Principal:

November 11, 1964 was the first time that the United States government warned that smoking is harmful to health. The 387-page “Health and Tobacco Report,” based on 7,000 investigations, was presented to the society by Luther Terry, the Director General of Public Health. The news captured the attention of society, and even the presentation of this report is declared one of the most important news of the 20th century, later replicated in several other countries. Since 1913, advertisements in favor of tobacco consumption were commonplace. First it was the gratuitous distribution among the soldiers and later the intensity of the advertising campaigns that made the cigarette quickly establish itself in society. Since that January 11, the number of smokers has been reduced by 60%.
