Georgian figure skater takes fourth place after short program at the European Championship

At the moment, only representatives of Russia are ahead of Kvitelashvili

TBILISI, 12 Jan – Sputnik. Georgian figure skater Moris Kvitelashvili finished fourth after the short program at the European Championships, which started in Tallinn (Estonia).

As a result of the rental, Kvitelashvili received 92.76 points (51.12 for technical elements + 41.64 for software components).

At the moment, only representatives of Russia are ahead of Kvitelashvili. Andrey Mozalev (99.76) is in first place after the short program, Mark Kondratyuk is in second (99.06), and Evgeny Semenenko (99.04) closes the top three.

It is also worth noting that 19-year-old Nika Egadze also tried his hand at the European Championship. Unfortunately, the Georgian figure skater showed only 25 results (63.60 points) in the short program and was unable to make it to the final.

The skaters will present their free program to the audience and the jury on January 14.
