Australian Minister of Immigration wants to deport Djokovic on the day of the Australian Open draw

Australian Minister of Immigration Alex Hawke plans to deport world number one Novak Djokovic from the country on the day of the Australian Open draw.

According to journalist Paul Bongiorno on his Twitter account, the decision has already been made.

Recall that Djokovic arrived in Australia with a visa on hand, which he had no right to use due to the lack of vaccination against coronavirus. Earlier, the Serb issued a medical exit for himself.

Novak was detained at the airport, placed in a hotel for refugees and planned to be deported from the country, but he went to court and won the case.

Later it became known that the Australian authorities could put the Serb behind bars for a year for providing false information when applying for a visa, and the Serbs for three years because Djokovic gave an interview to a French newspaper at the end of December, being infected with a coronavirus and knowing about it, however hid this fact.
