The Malian authorities continue to receive waves of support both outside and inside Mali. Thus, in a press release published this Monday, January 10, 2022, three unions whose workers report to the Ministry of Territorial Administration provided support to the transitional authorities.
Maliweb.net – The National Executive Committees of the Autonomous Syndicate of Civil Administrators (SYNAC), the Free Trade Union of Workers of the Ministry of Territorial Administration (SYLTMAT) and the Trade Union Committee of Regional Development Agencies (CS-ADR) provide support to the government. These unions say they are “outraged by disproportionate, inhuman and unjustified sanctions”.
Faced with the current situation, SYNAC, SYLMAT and CS-ADR call for the sacred union of all the sons of Mali. These unions remind Malians of article 22 of our Constitution which stipulates that “the defense of the fatherland is a duty for every citizen”. Following these “unjust measures”, the three unions bring their “unconditional support” to the authorities and ask their activists to remain vigilant and mobilized behind the authorities.
