Lung cancer symptoms noticeable in different parts of the body

Doctors of the British organization Cancer Research UK warned that signs that a person has lung cancer may appear in other parts of the body. This was reported by Medic Forum.

They noted that this serious illness, as a rule, lacks signs by which to determine its presence. However, as it progresses, symptoms become more noticeable. The most common of these are coughs that last three weeks or more, and chest infections that recur after a person has recovered. Shortness of breath, as well as pain when coughing or breathing were also named among the possible manifestations.

As for the manifestations of lung cancer in different parts of the body, the patient may experience swelling of the neck or face, pain or difficulty swallowing, pain in the shoulder or chest, as well as a change in the appearance of the fingers, which begin to resemble drumsticks due to the enlargement of the tips.

Earlier, oncologist Arsen Rasulov called three “golden rules” of cancer prevention, observing which will not only reduce the risk of getting sick, but also improve health. According to him, a huge number of people die from cancer every year, and first of all it is necessary to give up bad habits.
