Geno Smith would have been a huge jerk when he was arrested on Monday … with cops saying he threatened them and even said to one of them, “you got a little d ** k.” “
Washington State Patrol officers explained the allegations in new police documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, claiming that the Seattle Seahawks quarterback was combative and argumentative with them during much of the process of his arrest.
In the documents, cops say they arrested Smith around 2 a.m. in King County – just hours after Seattle finished beating the Cardinals in Arizona on Sunday – after claiming to time his Rolls Royce at 96 MPH in a 60 MPH area.
Officers say Smith also drove erratically and changed lanes without signaling … and during questioning they say he reeked of alcohol.
Cops say Smith told them he consumed wine before he got behind the wheel – and then got mad at them during field sobriety tests that followed.
Geno Smith led a 98-yard drive and got 5/5 for 72 yards and a touchdown on his first drive.

In the documents, officers say Smith got into an argument with them… and ultimately decided to stop testing altogether. That’s when the cops say they arrested him and brought him back to the station – where they claim he made a comment about a cop’s penis size.
One of the officers wrote in the documents, “I joked with him that my wife thought I was working too much. Somehow he said it was because ‘you got a little ***’. “
“I said, wow, maybe that’s the problem, then he said you got little d ***, ‘you got little d *** syndrome.’ “
The cops say Smith ultimately refused to take a breathalyzer test, so they took him from there to the hospital to have his blood drawn.
But while at the medical center, they say the 31-year-old refused to have blood drawn and then became enraged.
“I’m going to fuck up every one of you,” an officer told them, Smith told them.
Another officer said Smith told them, ‘You don’t want to see me without these handcuffs, you don’t want to know what’s going to happen. “
Officers say they eventually had to put strain on Smith’s arms and legs in order to draw his blood … and have been saying all the time that Smith said, “that we were going to regret it and we would all be famous for it. that “.
After the blood was successfully drawn, cops say they brought Smith back to the station and sentenced him to a drinking and driving charge.
Smith – who is expected to be an NFL free agent this offseason – issued a statement late Monday afternoon after the arrest, urging his fans not to rush to judge.
“Being arrested brings a stain on your reputation that is impossible to undo no matter what really happened,” Smith said. “I ask all of you to refrain from judging me the same way you would a friend or family member. I will have more to say on the road and will ask you to show yourself naked with me. “
