All episodes of violence occurred last Saturday, January 8. The first was around 9 in the morning, when the victim, being decomposed, was lying on the bed of the house that he lived with his partner, identified by judicial sources as Jorge Alberto Montenegro, in La Bebida, Rivadavia. At noon, Montenegro returned home. As his partner did not want to open it, he climbed up the back party wall and entered through the back door. The woman tried to escape into the street, the violent man caught up with her and pulling her hair, he put her back into the house where he hit her on the chest. The victim left the home again, the apprehended man caught up with her, there was a struggle, Montenegro dragged her, causing scrapes on her legs; the woman managed to free herself again and runs off.
A neighbor called 911 and when police station 34 personnel arrived again, they found the refugee victim in the patio of the neighbor who made the call and Montenegro, in the dining room of the house where the couple lived.
