The cast of Santos returned to activities on Sunday, the 9th. Professional cast performed during the afternoon at CT Rei Pelé and performed exams Covid-19 in a drive thru system. Three athletes tested positive: Angelo, Sandry and Luiz Felipe. All are in home isolation, as well as Marinho, Léo Baptistão and Carlos Sánchez who had already been positive before. This Monday, the 10th, the players returned around 7:30 am (Brasilia time) with another battery of tests, this time without any positive cases. Therefore, the athletes were divided into two groups for routine laboratory tests (cardiological and ophthalmological) and training. Santos will have 18 days of pre-season until their debut in Paulista championship, on January 26, against the Inter de Limeira, at 19:00 (Brasilia time).
