Despite the sun that illuminated the afternoon of this Thursday, the Commune preventively raised the Risk Attention Level (NAR) to “Yellow”, given the winds with gusts of up to 55 kilometers per hour forecast for today.

In a statement issued from the municipality’s Hydrometeorology Directorate, they specified that “Between 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm, a blast front will be entering from the southwest. They will have an intensity between 50 and 60 km / h, so we ask you to secure loose objects on balconies, terraces and patios”.
Given the forecast, the municipality of La Plata recommends citizens not to circulate on public roads, not touch cables or light poles and remove flowerpots or other objects that can fly off balconies and windows.
