Penny: Vegan salmon with sushi – “Would definitely fall for it”
Thats something! You rarely get sushi without fish in the supermarket. Usually only cucumber or avocado is in it and that can get a bit bland in the long run. But then Penny comes around the corner with an exciting alternative: vegan salmon. Vegans can now also enjoy a salmon nigiri – without any fish.
This customer thinks the idea and the product are great: “Omnomnom! Food for Future from PENNY ”. That gives a thumbs up from the customer and a Facebook post with a photo. However, this creates question marks for some.
A few facts about Penny:

“What is the ‘salmon’ made of and how does it taste?” Asks a user. However, the customer cannot answer this question exactly. “Tastes like salmon,” he says and attaches a picture from the back of the packaging.
