Mohamed Hadid Ordered To Pay Over $ 2.8 Million To Neighbors In Mega-Mansion Costume

Mohamed Hadidhis pockets might lighten soon … he’s been ordered to pay out nearly three million dollars to neighbors in his mega-mansion lawsuit.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, a jury reached a verdict and decided that Mohamed’s neighbors John and Judith Bedrosian and Joseph and Beatriz Horacek suffered severe damage when Mohamed attempted to build his doomed Bell-Air mansion dubbed the “Starship Enterprise”.

The jury awarded the Bedrosians $ 300,000 and the Horaceks over $ 2.5 million for their mental suffering, anxiety, emotional distress, embarrassment, inconvenience and other damages.

Neighbors for follow-up in 2018 on Hadid’s massive project on a hill … claiming that thousands of cubic meters of soil were removed from the hill without proper permits, which created a dangerously steep slope.

A third was appointed for demolish the property and remedy the stability problems of soils and hillsides. This order arrived in January 2020 but the structure is still standing.

A judge has now ordered the demolition to go ahead. As we have reported, prosecutors also indicted Mohamed on the test. He did not plead any competition and finally obtained 3 years of probation, community service and fines.

Case closed, but damn… it’s an expensive affair for Mohamed!
